Users can easily access the systems and resources necessary for their job from anywhere, regardless of physical location while maintaining the appropriate levels of security in accordance with NASA Procedural Requirement (NPR) 2810 guidelines.

Service disruption recovery strategies are imperative - including the restoration of IT system services, communication and operations. We document strategies in a Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations Plan, applicable to hardware, software, applications, documentation and data/information in corporate facilities/systems. Our team identifies and manages threats, assets and actions. Annual verification and validation testing - ranging from desktop reviews and exercises to evaluating system responses to actual emergency conditions - help validate or modify predetermined procedures and response/recovery priorities.
