Interface Control Document Main Page

Welcome. This page gives you on-line access to the released Space Shuttle Program level documents which establish the Shuttle Orbiter interfaces' capabilities, constraints, and analytical considerations for payloads flying on the Space Shuttle. Additionally, this page gives you access to released Shuttle Orbiter-to-Payload Interface Control Documents (ICD's) associated with individual payloads flying in the Cargo Bay and Aft Flight Deck (AFD).

The document preparation, release, and maintenance off- and on- line, is the responsibility of the Systems & Cargo Integration/Payload Interface Requirements Office at The Boeing Company, under contractual direction from the United Space Alliance (USA) company. A document is released and published on-line after all technical parties have concurred with the technical contents of the document and Boeing has obtained applicable approval signatures.

After returning to the site with your bookmark please remember to click on the button in your browser labeled "Refresh" or"Reload". This is necessary to ensure that you are loading the very latest document, and not a local copy of the document stored by your browser on your own hard drive.

All of the documents available are stored in ".PDF" (Adobe Acrobat) format. It is necessary for you to install the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your system in order for the documents to be viewed. If you do not have a copy of the Adobe Acrobat viewer/plugin, please go to the Adobe web site and follow the links to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
